Film Fund Application.
Grants from the von Keller Foundation Motion Filming Fund are available to intersex individuals, transgender and gender non-conforming individuals, lesbians, queer women, and people of colour. Additionally, the foundation defends the rights of groups that promote economic, racial, and gender-related inequality.
International candidates are welcome. Anyone from anywhere in the world is welcome to apply, but the content must be in English.
Eligibility:
A verifiable parental consent form must be included with the application if the candidate is under the age of 18.
Through contests, events, and instructional materials, the Von Keller Foundation’s media division is committed to assisting screenwriters and filmmakers in their endeavours.
THERE ARE TWO DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
- If you’re applying for a documentary or your film is already in production, the script doesn’t need to be finished. It might be a PDF containing video links, a treatment, or any other pitch paper that highlights the potential of the idea.
- A cover letter is a document that outlines your project’s goals. Give the evaluators an idea of your professional background and creative vision. Tell us if you have started production and what you plan to do with the money. It should be between one and two pages long.
Including a PDF document with any additional information is optional. This might be a sizzle clip, links to footage, a line-item budget, or a whole series bible. Please provide anything that may help our judges understand the authors and the project, however we advise just including information that provides a clearer picture of the particular project.
